Cheese, Nutty Moochego

Our cow milk Manchego style cheese, made with Ithaca Beer Company's Nut Brown Ale. It is not labeled as organic, because the beer is not organic.
Ingredients: organic whole milk, nut brown ale, cheese cultures, vegetable rennet, pure sea salt.
