About Us
By The Bloom Farm and Flower Co. is a family-run flower farm in central Pennsylvania’s Susquehanna Valley, growing seasonal, American-grown blooms with care and intention. As florist–farmers, we are involved in every step—from seed to harvest to bouquet—ensuring each arrangement reflects the beauty of the season and the land it comes from.

Our market bouquets are created for customers shopping through our online farmers market who value locally grown flowers and thoughtful farming practices. Each week, bouquets feature a curated mix of fresh, seasonal blooms harvested at peak beauty from our fields and from trusted local and regional American flower farms.

Customers may choose between our Standard or Large bouquet options, both designed to highlight what’s growing naturally that week. Because our flowers are seasonal, every bouquet is unique and may vary slightly in color and composition.

Special requests are always welcome and may be accommodated based on availability. To ensure we can best serve you, all custom requests must be communicated directly with our team prior to ordering at hello@bythebloom.com
.

Whether you’re marking a special occasion or simply bringing fresh flowers into your home, our bouquets are a reflection of our commitment to sustainability, seasonality, and flowers grown with intention.
Practices
By The Bloom Farm and Flower Co., sustainability is woven into every season. We grow our flowers with respect for the land, the pollinators, and the people who enjoy them.

Our blooms are 100% American-grown, cultivated primarily on our Pennsylvania farm and sourced from trusted local and regional growers when needed. This allows us to reduce transportation impact while supporting fellow American flower farmers.

We follow seasonal growing practices, working with nature rather than against it—choosing varieties that thrive naturally in our climate. Our fields are managed with thoughtful care, focusing on soil health, biodiversity, and responsible water use.

We harvest by hand at peak freshness and design without floral foam whenever possible, prioritizing reusable vessels and mindful mechanics. From field to event, we aim to minimize waste and maximize beauty.
