Susan Lamb has been operating her Bakery, Delectable Desserts of Ulster, for 21 years. Susan's passion for baking, along with help from her husband, Tim, and her daughters, Grace and Catherine, has grown her business into a local favorite and a holiday MUST of her offerings.

While she specializes in a multitude of pies, Susan also offers muffins, scones, pumpkin rolls, brownies and seasonal favorites including cheesecakes and decadent cookies.

We prepare a wide variety of baked goods using only the best quality ingredients available, from how Grandma made it to something absolutely decadent. Fresh is our go-to, and excellence is our standard. We use locally sourced apples and other fruit in season.
