Lo-Fi Farms began in 2020 after years of smaller projects on family land, including food forests, beekeeping, and fruit orchards. Over time, those efforts grew into a regenerative approach to caring for the land. Today, the farm and nursery produces a mix of produce, honey, microgreens, and nursery plants, with a focus on native plants, conservation, soil health, and thoughtful growing practices.

My overall approach is rooted in regenerative practices and natural growing methods, relying on beneficial insects, organic-minded inputs, and careful management. Our Microgreens in particular are grown with a simple process and minimal inputs, then harvested and handled carefully for freshness and quality.
