I’m Amanda Kennedy, a 6th generation farmer who is committed to producing high quality milk and turning it in to quality artisan cheese!
Backroad Creamery is tucked away in the eastern region of the Appalachian Mountains of Pennsylvania. Cheese and cows are my passion! I milk a handful of of purebred Holstein cows, backed by some of the breed’s best pedigrees. My cows are also exhibited at different shows across the country, and there genetics are marketed via embryos and stud sales. I am proud to say my cows receive the best care possibly, they truly are the center of my business and part of my family!
